Seasons Fettuccine Pasta Recipe

Fettuccine has to be one of the most stylish and flavorful Pasta dishes to enjoy. Originating from the 15th Century in Rome, it's no secrete why restaurants have since introduced this easy yet delicious dish as a favorite to their pasta range. Our restaurant took upon itself to explore the traditional recipe with a modern twist, unlocking a fulfilling flavor.


INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Pasta Fettuccine

  • 1 Red, Yellow & Green Pepper

  • 1 packet Red Olives

  • 2 diced tomatoes

  • Black Pepper

  • Exotic Six 4 All

  • 2 spoons butter

  • 50g tomato paste

  • Fresh Parsley

METHOD

  • Place 250g Fettuccine in Pot with salt water

  • Chop the red, yellow and green pepper into smaller rectangular pieces

  • Cut tomatoes

  • Drain water from Olives

  • Butter pan and heat just above medium temperature 4/6, placing the chopped peppers, tomato and olives into pan

  • Season with six 4 All and black pepper

  • Fry Peppers mixture for 10 mins then add 50g tomato paste

  • Let mixture simmer for 1 minute and add fettuccine

  • Switch pan off and stir mixture until evenly cover with the peppers mixture

  • Garnish with fresh parley and serve
