Thai Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chicken fillets

  • 1 Red, Yellow & Green pepper

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic & Ginger mix

  • Black pepper

  • White pepper

  • Salt

  • rosemary and olive

  • Garlic & herb

  • BBQ & garlic

  • 1/4 Cup milk

  • Knor Thai Green Curry


METHOD

  1. Chop chicken fillets into small rectangular pieces

  2. chop the red, yellow and green pepper

  3. Chop mushrooms into small pieces

  4. Heat pan just above medium 4/6 and add 5 spoons of cooking oil

  5. place the cut fillets, mushrooms and peppers into pan

  6. Add 2 spoons of garlic and ginger mix

  7. Season the entire mixture adding 1 spoon of garlic and herb, BBQ & garlic, black pepper, white pepper, Rosemary and olive

  8. Fry the mixture together for 20 mins

  9. Add 1/4 cup of milk

  10. Mix 1 cup of Thai Green Curry with water

  11. Stir and let mixture simmer for 5 minutes until properly Thick


Served with Savoury rice, Macaroni or Basmati
