THE ULTIMATE BACON & CHEESE BURGER

Burgers are the most prominent form of fast food sandwich originating from Hamburg, Germany, fostered in The United States Of America (USA).


The dish formulates from the combination of a sesame seed bun stuffed with a ground beef patty, topped with cheese and a 'special' sauce to complete the mix.


We at The Most Stylish DJ's Kitchen took upon ourselves to explore this dish with a modern twist. Our 'Stylish Way' includes a modern twist to the traditional patty recipe that has been explored for centuries worldwide


INGREDIENTS

  • 1x Hamburger / Potato Bun

  • 2x Eggs

  • 1x Fresh tomato

  • 1x Bacon Shoulder

  • 1x Cup Cheddar Cheese

  • 1x Onion

  • 1/2 Red, Yellow & Green Pepper

  • 0.25kg Beef Mince

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2 Spoons Flour

  • 2 Spoons Garlic & Ginger Mixture

  • 2 Lettuce leave

  • Burger & Fries Sauce

SPICES

  • 1 Spoon Paprika

  • 1 Spoon Steak & Chops

  • 1 Spoon Six Gun Grill

  • 1 Spoon White Pepper

  • 1 Spoon Black Pepper


METHOD

  • Dice cut the 1/2 red, yellow & green pepper and onion

  • Place 0.25kg Beef Mine in mixing bowl and add the cut peppers, onion and garlic and ginger mix

  • Season with paprika, steak and chops, six gun grill, black & white pepper

  • Add 1/2 cup milk and, 2 spoons flour and 1 egg

  • Mix mixture until thick and evenly coated

  • Circulate mixture to meatball shape

  • Warm up pan at just above medium heat 4/6 and add 1/2 cup oil

  • Place the circular patty mixture into heated pan and slowly press down with a spatular until thick and round

  • Fry for 5 Mins on both sides

  • Fry shoulder bacon until crispy

  • Fry 1 egg until yoke is half done

  • Slice and toast bun in toaster for 4 mins

  • Place sliced tomato and egg on crispy toasted bun before adding beef patty

  • Add 1/2 Cup of grated cheese on hot patty allowing it to melt

  • Sauce with 1000 Island or Burger & Fries Sauce

  • Serve

SERVED WITH CRISPY GOLDEN FRIES
